Client's Business Challenge
The client sought to attract more qualified candidates in a highly competitive job market, by overcoming common misconceptions in the marketplace about the construction industry that were negatively impacting their talent acquisition efforts.
Our Approach
We worked with the client to unpack these misconceptions and separate fact from fiction. We then collaborated with the client to develop high-impact, educational content to counteract these misconceptions.
Value Delivered
The result was a stunning, highly-engaging video synopsis and soundtrack that not only re-introduced Corrado Construction to their target audience segments, but did so in a compelling, high-energy fashion appropriate for multiple in-person and virtual usage contexts ranging from job fairs and vocational schools to social media and the web. This video also served as a source of inspiration and pride for existing Corrado Construction employees.
