Corrado Construction executives were interested in understanding what opportunities existed to productively leverage AI in their business operations and what the associated business benefits would be for them and their people.

We prioritized and analyzed key client business functions and workflows best suited to leverage AI — through the lens of freeing their people up to focus on more strategic, high-value work — as a means of both harnessing the client's existing human capital to drive more value for the business while simultaneously reducing operating costs.
Value Delivered
The result was an ambitious, yet viable AI Transformation Strategy to leverage Agentic AI, Prescriptive Analytics, and Robotic Process Automation to help the client scale the impact of their existing workforce without having to incur the substantial cost of hiring a significant number of additional people.
