Client's Business Challenge
The client sought to expand their audience and make a big splash at the global Food and Nutrition Conference & Expo (FNCE) — an annual conference that hosts over 7,000 Doctors and Dietitians from around the globe.
Our Approach
We developed a tiered marketing and engagement strategy to set HealthyBites™ apart from the numerous other exhibitors and incentivize conference attendees to visit and return to the HealthyBites™ booth daily. We designed a compelling and attention-grabbing booth as well as branded apparel to anchor the engagement strategy. Further we developed and produced an engaging video opener showcasing the HealthBites™ app on large monitors mounted within the exhibit booth.
Value Delivered
The result was a wildly successful engagement model and marketing campaign that produced a mob scene at the HealthBites™ booth each day of the conference and created a lot of buzz around the brand and this revolutionary new mobile app. As part of the engagement model, which included branded apparel that we designed, conference attendees had to wear their branded HealthyBites™ polo shirts in order to be eligible to win an Apple Watch at the daily give-aways. By day 2 of the conference, there was a literal army of conference attendees wearing their HealthyBites™ polo shirts, creating near ubiquitous stage presence at this marquee event in the healthcare industry.
